Rand Paul: Vaccines can lead to 'profound mental disorders'

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) doubled down on his criticism of vaccines in a Monday interview with CNBC.

"I've heard of many tragic cases of walking, talking normal children who wound up with profound mental disorders after vaccines," Paul said.
