Jeff Bridges has some advice for handling anxiety

The Dude is stressed out, weirdly

Jeff Bridges seems like one of the least anxious human beings on the planet, but "that's a act," he told Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday night's Jimmy Kimmel Live. "I'm an actor." And acting relaxed all the time just makes anxiety worse, he added. Might the creator of a new sleep-and-relaxation album have some solutions? Of course:

Earlier in the show, Bridges told Kimmel about his sleep album, and it seems that along with staring down your anxiety, he might suggest humming. Also, watching Bridges, it's hard to imagine this dude abides anxiety. Acting. Brilliant. —Peter Weber
