Sarah Jessica Parker will star in another HBO comedy

More than a decade after Sex and the City bowed on the small screen, Sarah Jessica Parker is returning to HBO. The actress has officially signed on tp produce and star in Divorce, a half-hour comedy about a couple adjusting to their new lives at the end of an extended separation.

Parker will play Frances, one half of the divorced couple, opposite Thomas Haden Church as her ex-husband. The supporting cast will also include Molly Shannon and Talia Balsam as Frances' girlfriends.
