On Monday's Conan, the host showed his guests — the cast of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia — photos of tattoos their hardcore fans got in their honor. This inspired the gang to show off their own ink, with the award for Worst (Obviously Fake) Tattoo going to Rob McElhenney, who had to get creative when the cultural icon he put on his arm "went through a rough patch" (and that's putting it mildly).
