Divers on Thursday discovered the wreckage of a Black Hawk helicopter that went down this week off the coast of Florida.
"At this point, we are not hopeful for survivors and we're transitioning our search and rescue to a recovery effort," Col. Monte Cannon said.
Divers pulled two bodies from the water as of Thursday afternoon, but dense fog and rain continued to waylay the recovery and prevent the retrieval of the helicopter's flight recorder. Seven marines and four members of the Louisiana National Guard were on board for a training exercise when the helicopter crashed Tuesday.
