Tyler Perry thinks Tyler Perry's four — count 'em, four — shows on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network are worth celebrating. So much so, that the filmmaker and producer is hosting a "star-studded, prime-time television event" on March 17, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Perry's "Too Darn Hot Party" will take place at his home, and celebrate "his historic programming partnership with Oprah Winfrey," a press release for the event reads.
"From the intense pre-event planning to candid moments with celebrity guest attendees (such as Oprah Winfrey) to a surprise performance by superstar Mary J. Blige, Tyler grants OWN's cameras unprecedented access to all of the festivities," the press release adds.
