The Jinx subject Robert Durst arrested on eve of show's finale
Robert Durst, the subject of the ongoing HBO documentary series The Jinx, was arrested Saturday in New Orleans, law enforcement officials revealed Sunday.
The 71-year-old scion of a New York real estate empire, Durst gained national notoriety as a suspect in three murders since 1982, including the disappearance of his first wife. Los Angeles police issued the warrant for Durst's arrest, though they have yet to comment on the investigation.
The final episode of The Jinx is set to air Sunday night.
