After four movies, you'd think bad guys might have learned to stop messing with Tom Cruise and the rest of his Mission Impossible cohorts — but the new trailer for Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation introduces Alec Baldwin as yet another suit bent on taking them down. As the new film begins, Tom Cruise and his team go dark, dodging government oversight as they tackle a rival agency:
Of course, Mission: Impossible's real draw is the heart-stopping stunts, and this new trailer certainly doesn't disappoint on that score. The trailer ends with Cruise desperately clinging to the outside of a plane as it takes off — a stunt that rivals dangling from the world's tallest building in Mission: Impossible 4.
Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation hits theaters on July 31.
