The new iteration of CBS's Late Late Show debuted on Monday, and host James Corden felt it proper to introduce himself. "I promise you we're going to have fun on this show," he said, after laying out some biographical details and before tearing up while thanking his parents. "And I promise we're going to do everything we can to put a smile on your face before or, let's be honest, more likely whilst you fall asleep."
