Only in America: Mom reprimanded for packing Oreo cookies in preschooler's lunch

A Colorado preschooler was forbidden from eating the Oreos that her mother had packed in her lunch because they were not "nutritious." Leeza Pearson sent her daughter, Natalee, 4, to school with a ham-and-cheese sandwich and four cookies, but got the cookies back with an admonishing note from the teacher. "They don't provide lunch for my daughter," Pearson said. "I provide lunch."
