World War II vets enjoy a retro tribute on V-E Day's 70th anniversary
To commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the Victory in Europe, thousands of people gathered in Washington D.C. Friday to participate in celebratory festivities. Visitors, including many aging veterans decked out in uniforms and badges, were able hear from speakers and witness dozens of vintage World War II planes make a special flight down the National Mall.
