Rick Santorum on ISIS: 'Bomb them back to the 7th century'

Speaking at the South Carolina Freedom Summit on Saturday, former Sen. Rick Santorum called for a stronger showing against the Islamic State.

Santorum, who is considering another run for the presidency, also criticized President Barack Obama's framework nuclear deal with Tehran, which officials announced in April.
