Mitch McConnell: 'I love' being compared to a turtle
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is totally okay with people likening him to a turtle.
"I loved it," McConnell told CNBC when asked about a recurring Daily Show bit comparing him to a tortoise. Then noting how he handily won re-election and earned the unanimous backing of his caucus to become majority leader, McConnell took a swing back at the show, saying it was "nice to be approved by the people that count." —Jon Terbush
