Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their second child

Reality star Kim Kardashian revealed she's pregnant with her second child in a Sunday night teaser for upcoming episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The clip shows Kardashian at the doctor's office and then sharing the news with sister Khloé. Kardashian and husband Kanye West already have a daughter, North West, who is nearly 2.

The two haven't yet commented further on the announcement, but Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, sure seems excited.
