"I still exist," Stephen Colbert helpfully reminds the world in the first promo for his upcoming, highly anticipated new job as the host of CBS' Late Show.
In the clip, Colbert eats a hot dog with a knife and fork while extolling the virtues of his impressively bushy white "Colbeard," which he has grown during the offseason. But, Colbert says, CBS is forcing him to shave, because "Tom Selleck's mustache has a non-compete clause."
What follows is a joyously offbeat segment in which Colbert tests out a variety of facial hairstyles, from the "un-Hitler" to the "half-Wolverine."
