LeBron James scored 44 points for the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 of the NBA finals on Thursday night, but it wasn't enough to beat the surging Golden State Warriors, who won in overtime, 108-100. Warriors guard Steph Curry scored 26 points. The Cavs are trying to get their first ever NBA championship, and the first title for any Cleveland team in 51 years; the Warriors haven't won a championship since 1975. Game 2 will be on Sunday, also in Oakland.
