Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge is about a month old, and now that the world is done fawning over her name, it's about time to fawn over her cuteness. Right on cue, Kensington Palace released the first photo of Kate Middleton and Prince William's second child, fourth in line for the British throne:
