Police forced a pair of sisters in Texas to shut down their lemonade stand because they didn't have a permit. Andria Green, 8, and her sister, Zoey, 7, were raising money to buy a Father's Day gift, but cops told them they needed to apply for a permit "because of the bacteria that can grow in the lemonade" if it's not temperature-controlled.
