A North Carolina man was arrested Friday after an undercover FBI agent said he planned to "kill a large number of U.S. citizens on behalf of [ISIS]," CBS News reports.
Justin Nolan Sullivan, 19, allegedly planned to get a rifle, make homemade silencers, and carry out "minor assassinations" before a bigger attack. He also claimed he would send ISIS a video, the filed complaint says.
Sullivan was charged with one count of providing material support to the terrorist group and two counts of federal firearms violations.
