Authorities in North Carolina have released raw dashboard-camera footage of police officers arresting Dylann Roof, the 21-year-old man accused of gunning down nine people at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina, last Wednesday.
The video shows officers approaching Roof's vehicle Thursday morning in Shelby, North Carolina, roughly 250 miles away from Charleston. He was arrested without incident. Watch the video below. Catherine Garcia
