Talk about a fine dining experience: It's now possible to get a lobster dinner via the McDonald's drive-thru.
Participating McDonald's restaurants in New England are now serving a lobster roll made out of 100 percent North Atlantic lobster. The lobster is stuffed into a toasted roll with lettuce and mayonnaise.
However, McDonald's fine dining doesn't exactly come at dollar-menu prices: The lobster roll sells for $7.99, and it has 290 calories. This is the first time that this seafood special has been offered at New England McDonald's restaurants in over a decade.
