Donald Trump is positive he'll win the Latino vote
Donald Trump is certain that if he becomes the 2016 Republican presidential nominee, he will win the Latino vote.
In an interview with NBC News, Trump touted his "great relationship with the Mexican people," saying that he has several "legal immigrants" working for him who "love me, [and] I love them." Despite saying last month that Mexican immigrants are "rapists" who bring "drugs" and "crime" to the U.S., he said there's "nothing to apologize for," and will get the Latino vote because he will boost employment. "Hillary Clinton is not going to be able to create jobs," he said. "I will tell you right now. Neither is Jeb Bush going to be able to create jobs. I will create jobs and the Latinos will have jobs that they don't have right now. And I will win that vote."
If Trump becomes president, he plans to build an "impenetrable" wall between the U.S. and Mexico, and will send the bill south. "I would get them to pay for the wall," he said. "Believe me." He's also not sweating the fact that Macy's, NBC Universal, Univision, and Serta cut ties with him over his comments, saying, "Yeah, I'm losing some contracts. Who cares? They're weak and they want to be politically correct. Some of them have already apologized to me and said they made a mistake."
