Doors fans Jack Black and Boy George joyously rock 'Hello I Love You'

The setup for this performance is almost convincing until Conan O'Brien's band introduces Robby Krieger, guitarist for The Doors, on Monday's Conan. At that point you might roll your eyes a little at the artifice, but then Culture Club singer Boy George and Jack Black start in on "Hello I Love You" and it's a pretty great cover, with Black and Boy George not quite imitating Jim Morrison (until the end, when Black starts yelling "Hello," after earlier explaining that "Jim Morrison had the best yell") but not quite making the song their own, either. And it does seem plausible that both men really are Doors fans, especially given the heart and soul they pour into the song. You can watch below. Peter Weber
