Talk about girl power. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) ditched traditional gender roles when she decided to take the reins in her relationship and get down on one knee. She proposed, he said yes, and the rest is history.
Warren celebrated 35 years of marriage on Sunday with her husband Bruce Mann, a Harvard Law professor. Warren reminisced about the couple's wedding day — and confessed that she proposed to him — in a Facebook post she wrote up on their anniversary. Becca Stanek
