Wilco just released a new album, and is giving it away for free

On Thursday night, Wilco unexpectedly released a new album, Star Wars. More surprisingly, Jeff Tweedy and the band are giving the album away, free of charge. On the band's Facebook page, Tweedy explained the rationale: "Why release an album this way and why make it free? Well, the biggest reason, and I'm not sure we even need any others, is that it felt like it would be fun. What's more fun than a surprise?”
