While most Republican presidential candidates have been distancing themselves from Donald Trump's antics, the latest of which featured Trump disparaging Sen. John McCain's war record, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has been refusing to partake in the criticism.
This irked Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.), who on Monday suggested that Cruz is angling for Trump's supporters:
