A Breaking Bad actor is actually running for office in New Mexico

Steven Michael Quezada might be known for playing DEA agent Steven Gomez on Breaking Bad, but the actor's ambition to improve New Mexico extends to the real world. Quezada is running for a county commissioner seat in Bernalillo County, the county that's home to Albuquerque, where Breaking Bad's Walter White lives. Quezada, 52, is currently a member of the city's school board.

Let's hope Quezada is quicker to pick up on and solve the area's glaring issues than Gomez and his impressively doofy partner, Hank, were.
