The California Supreme Court denied Bill Cosby's request to review a sexual assault case against him on Wednesday night, clearing the way for the civil suit filed by Judith Huth to head to trial. Huth's attorney said she plans to take Cosby's deposition under oath in the next 30 days, Time reports. In the lawsuit, Huth accuses Cosby of sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, when she was 15 years old. It is just one of many rape allegations leveled against the legendary entertainer. Cosby's lawyers had petitioned the court to review the case in June.
