The Tribute in Light will shine over Manhattan on 9/11 again

Every Sept. 11 for the past 13 years, the Twin Towers have been recreated in light over Lower Manhattan. "Over the course of time, my perception of it has changed," Michael Ahern, producer for this "Tribute in Light," tells The Wall Street Journal. It used to be "something that remembers what happened," he said, but now it's also "a comfort to people who are seeing it."
