President Obama gave 14-year-old Ahmed Mohamed, who was detained by police after a teacher mistook his homemade clock for a bomb, a nod on Twitter Wednesday, inviting the young inventor to the White House:
"He just wants to invent good things for mankind," Mohamed's father told The Dallas Morning News. Time will only tell what invention Mohamed will make next — and whether he'll take Obama up on that invite.
