A Maryland middle school student is facing assault charges for kissing a female classmate. Police say the 13-year-old boy pulled the girl toward him and kissed her on a dare from other classmates. The unidentified eighth-grader was arrested and charged with second-degree assault. He also faces suspension or expulsion.
