A California high school student who defended a blind classmate from a bully ended up being suspended for fighting. Video of the incident showed Cody Pines, 17, decking the bully and chastising him for beating up the visually impaired student. More than 80,000 people signed an on-line petition in support of Pines, who was suspended under the school's zero-tolerance policy against violence.
