Freedom Caucus would 'look favorably' on Paul Ryan as speaker

The House Freedom Caucus would "look favorably" on Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) as House speaker, chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said on Fox News Sunday.

The conservative caucus has endorsed a longshot candidate, Rep. Daniel Webster (R-Fla.), but would also approve of Ryan.

"This is not just about who the next speaker is, it's about what's going to change the business-as-usual attitude," Jordan said. "That's what we're focused on."
