Aziz Ansari made a double appearance on Jimmy Fallon last night, both as himself (for a sit-down interview you can watch here) and then again as Louisiana governor and Republican presidential hopeful Bobby Jindal. Fallon had some tough questions for "Jindal" right out of the gate, inquiring why the governor is still in the race even though it's already November and he's only polling at 1 percent.
"I'm not polling at 1 percent. I was polling at 1 percent. I'm now polling at 2 percent. That's a 100 percent increase," Ansari replies in character. "It's a huge difference. You ever taste 1 percent milk? It's barely milk, it's like drinking white water. But man, when you start dumping that 2 percent milk in your Applejacks — it's like, pow!"
"Jindal" explains this was the inspiration for how he came up with his new campaign motto, "Taste the Fat." He's even put it on tiny little hats — you can watch the clip in full below. Jeva Lange
