A Massachusetts woman has won the right to wear a spaghetti strainer on her head in her driver's license photo. Lindsay Miller, a member of the satirical Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, argued that she had a First Amendment right to wear the colander. "I do hope this decision encourages my fellow Pastafarian Atheists to express themselves," Miller said. The Week Staff
