Active-shooter drills are routine at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, and when nurse Dorothy Vong saw law enforcement officers start rushing into her building Wednesday morning, she assumed they were just practicing. Soon, she realized it was the real deal, and filmed the officers from her office window as they stormed the building. Later, she would find out that a shooting in her building left 14 people dead and 17 injured.
