One of the suspects in Wednesday's fatal San Bernardino shooting has been identified by law enforcement sources as Syed Farook.

Two additional law enforcement sources told the Los Angeles Times that the suspect was an American citizen; they did not give the suspect's name. Public records show a Syed R. Farook as an environmental health specialist for San Bernardino County, but it is not yet known if this is the same person linked to the mass shooting, which took place at a holiday luncheon for the county's public health department.
