Bill and Hillary Clinton are expecting a second grandchild

In 2015, famous people aren't pregnant until they tweet about it, and Chelsea Clinton is no exception. She posted Monday that she and husband Marc Mezvinsky are expecting their daughter Charlotte to become a big sister next summer.
