Role reversal for Florida law enforcement.

A woman posted video to YouTube on Friday of a fairly routine traffic stop in Miami. But there was one catch: She pulled over a police officer for speeding, not the other way around, the Miami Herald reports.

"The reason I pulled you over today is because I saw you... pushing 90 miles an hour," the civilian driver, who identified herself as Claudia Castillo, told the officer.

The cop told Castillo he pulled over on his way to work because he thought she might've needed help with an emergency. He said he didn't know how fast he was going, but apologized and promised to be safe on the road.

Castillo declined to take down the officer's name and badge information. The Miami-Dade Police Department will investigate the incident once the officer and the driver's identities are confirmed, the police director said in a statement.
