Parents in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, were outraged when a group of elementary school students were arrested for failing to break up an off-campus fight. Ten students between ages 6 and 10, at least five of them black, were handcuffed and taken away from school after police viewed a video of the altercation and decided that the kids didn't try to stop it. "They are getting carted off and detained for something they didn't have anything to do with," one parent said.
