Queen Elizabeth II wore neon green to her 90th birthday celebration
Queen Elizabeth II turned 90 in April, but she celebrated her birthday Saturday with a parade, balcony appearance, and military ceremony. Riding in a horse-drawn carriage alongside her husband, Prince Philip, who turned 95 on Friday, the queen wore a neon green suit complete with a matching hat displaying a bright pink flower.
The festivities also marked the first public appearance of Elizabeth's great-granddaughter, Princess Charlotte, age 1.
