6 killed in Tennessee school bus crash

Several children were killed Monday when their school bus crashed into a tree in Chattanooga, Tennessee, authorities said.
Hamilton County District Attorney Neal Pinkston told reporters five people died at the scene and one died at the hospital. At least 23 children were rushed to the hospital following the accident. There were 35 students from Woodmore Elementary School on the bus, from kindergartners to fifth graders.
Update: The 24-year-old bus driver, Johnthony Walker, has been arrested and charged with five counts of vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment, and reckless driving, and there could be additional charges filed later, authorities said.
