Republican senator says Capitol camera-ban will at least keep reporters from stealing his ATM PIN

Republican Sen. Tim Scott (S.C.) offered a head-scratching defense of a new ban on cameras in the Capitol hallways Tuesday:

Admittedly, that isn't an entirely unfounded concern:

Republican Sen. Richard Burr (N.C.) actually left his card in the ATM — but not only did the reporters not steal all his money, they also generously returned the card to him.
