Taliban leaders have pulled off a stunning jailbreak in Afghanistan, freeing nearly 500 prisoners on Monday without firing a single shot. The "audacious plot" reportedly took months to prepare. Here, a brief guide to how they did it, and what the security breach means for the war effort:
