Good Day, Bad Day

Staying at your gate, oral fixation

GOOD DAY FOR: Staying at your gate, as the Minneapolis airport bathroom stall where Sen. Larry Craig was busted for soliciting sex has become a major tourist draw. "We had to just stop and check out the bathroom," said Minneapolis resident Sally Westby, who was traveling with her husband, Jon. "In fact, it's Jon's second time—he was here last week already." BAD DAY FOR: Oral fixation, as the paint in some of Mattel's recently recalled Chinese-made toys contains 180 times the permissible U.S. level of lead. Another company, Oriental Trading Co., sold jewelry that was up to 96 percent lead. "It's totally outrageous that products that are highly leaded, dangerous, and can cause death are in the marketplace," said New York pediatrician John Rosen. (USA Today)
