It's déjà vu all over again as President Obama becomes the fourth consecutive president to announce a bombing campaign in Iraq. As The Onion put it in their "Pros and Cons of Military Intervention against ISIS" article yesterday, at this rate, we're just "going to have to do it all over again in six years, 13 years, 17 years, and 21 years anyway."
