Just weeks after North Korea launched an extremely racist diatribe against President Barack Obama, the country's state-run newspaper renewed threats of nuclear testing to "protect the sovereignty and dignity" of its people, Reuters reported.

Today's North Korean warnings come in response to condemnations by the U.N. Security Council of Pyongyang's mid-range missile launches. The country last conducted a nuclear test in February of 2013, but North Korea says it is responding to renewed aggression from South Korea and the United States.
