Houthi rebels in Yemen take presidential palace

One day after Shiite Houthi rebels seized control of Yemen's state-run media, they have reportedly overtaken the palace of President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi in what is being described as a coup. The intense fighting between the rebels and government troops is some of the worst battles the country has seen in years. "This is a step toward a coup and it is targeting the state's legitimacy," Information Minister Nadia Sakkaf said.
