John Boehner says he's suing Obama
Congressional Republicans argued that Obama was "lawless" for vowing to skirt the legislature with a wave of executive actions this year, and now they're going to try to prove it in court.
Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) on Wednesday confirmed that he plans to sue President Obama to contest his executive actions. "The constitution makes it clear that the president’s job is to faithfully execute the laws, and in my view the president has not faithfully executed the laws," he said.
