When Harry met the Obamas – in pictures
US President Barack Obama meets Prince Harry in the Oval Office of the White House. They discussed issues facing veterans, including how to challenge the stigma around mental illness. Prince Harry is on a one-day visit to Washington DC, in order to promote the Invictus Games sporting event for wounded service personnel.
Event, in support of the 2016 Invictus Games, which will take place in May 2016. Addressing a crowd of servicemen and their families, Michelle Obama said: "Alright ladies, Prince Harry is here. Don't pretend you didn't notice."
Prince Harry greets veterans at the US Army's Wells Fields House. The Invictus Games is one of his main charitable projects, with the first event organised in London in 2014.
Obama chats with Prince Harry, who first visited the White House in 2013. Michelle Obama also had tea with Harry at Kensington Palace in June 2015 during a visit to London.
